To ensure quality we translate exclusively into our mother tongue : French. It is obvious that we cannot check the quality of a translation into Chinese without knowing the language. Our scope is therefore more restricted, but this means that we can guarantee the quality of our translations in the languages that we cover. We cannot endorse the increasingly common practice whereby a translator offers to translate from any language into any other language, on any subject! How would such a genius have remained undiscovered for so long?

Documents can be sent to us in electronic form or on paper. We can return the completed translation by mail, fax or E-mail to suit your requirements.
Whenever possible we endeavour to build glossaries for each of our customers, so that you can be sure that your terminology will be consistent from one job to another.

Rates

We always bill by the English word or by the source language word. For translations into French the rate is normally from 0.10 to 0.20 euros (+ tax), although this can vary for regular work, large volumes or urgent jobs. The rate includes the translation, straightforward formatting (in the case of hard copy originals) and all research required (glossaries, web searches, specialist magazines, etc.). More complex formatting requirements will be billed on a time basis. Our rate for DTP is 38 euros (+ tax) per hour.
